You acknowledge that business success depends on many factors, including execution, staffing, market conditions, and regulatory compliance—none of which we control.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for Services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice. In such cases, you remain responsible for payment for any Services rendered up to the date of termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Comal County, TX.
